Rolex Air King Replica Watches presented the new Portofino Midsize collection of watches on the first day of the WATCHES&WONDERS show in Hong Kong. The Portofino Midsize 2014 collection features three new timepieces in 37mm: the Portofino Midsize Automatic Moon Phase;Replica Watches the Portofino Midsize Automatic Day & Night; and the Portofino Midsize Automatic. The Swiss watchmaker also revealed three new Portofino Automatic watches in 40mm cases.
The new Portofino Midsize Automatic Day & Night watch with a 24-hour display day/night and a second zone immediately caught my eye.
The newcomer comes in two versions: stainless steel and 18-karat gold (referent numbers IW459101 or IW459102). This watch is not only beautiful because it has 78 diamonds but also because its dial is made of mother-of pearl. Both models are encrusted in 66 diamonds on the bezel and 12 more on the mother-of-pearl dial for the hour markers.
A 24-hour dial is built into the dial and a hand that can be adjusted hour by hour indicates it. The addition of a second time zone to the dial is both beautiful and practical. The hands on the inner 24-hour circle show the local time while the hands on the hour,Patek Philippe Replica Watches minute, and seconds hand display the time in a second time zone. To make it easier to read the time at the second location, both the upper and lower halves of the ring are colored blue.
With the crown, you can quickly and easily set the time on both the dial and the inner 24-hour circle. The wearer can adjust the hour and minute hands by pulling out the crown to a certain position after arriving in a different time zone. The blue hand remains in place and displays the current time. The crown can be pushed out and the hand can be moved in either direction - forwards or backwards - by one hour steps.
